In 2011, a company was established by a group of security professionals that aims to offer incomparable security service in civil aviation and other related operations. The company was registered in Securities and Exchange Commission as High Command Aviation Security Services Corporation. The name that signifies superiority in the industry of the people behind its existence.
In the same year HiCom was able to make a name of its own when several aviation security contracts were awarded in and out of Manila. It was then followed by a number of other contracts covering industrial security operations.
The year 2014 marked an important event in the company, with the coming of the new management consist of expert in the field of security with extensive constabulary background, internationally certified instructors and experienced supervisors trained and certified pursuant to local and internationals standards, aims to reinvent and launch the new High Command Aviation Security Services or “HiCom”.
Moreover, having the objective to build a competitive edge through high level security service such as but not limited to; aviation, maritime, industrial, and executive protection, the new management currently invested in sophisticated tools such as document verification and examination system, X- Screen X-Ray Image Recognition and Interpretation Training (X-Ray Computer Based Training) designed and developed for X-Ray Screeners at all levels that can be best described as being the same technique as used by X-Ray equipment manufacturers own threat Image Projection (TIP) algorithms, baggage screening system, upgraded communication equipment with GPS capability , vehicle tracking device and built a 24/7 central command unit, all of which intended to support the services and become leader in the industry
